The Process

STEP 1: Consultation

We begin with a complimentary consultation where we get to know each other. This is a chance for you to share your vision, style preferences, and functional needs for your space. I’ll listen closely to understand your lifestyle and what you want to achieve so that every decision moving forward aligns with your goals

 

Step 2: Design & Estimate Planning

Once we determine that we’re a good fit, we move into the design and planning phase. With a $500 estimate fee (which will go toward your project if you move forward with Chandler Design), I’ll dive into the specifics of space planning, design direction, and the best approach to bring your vision to life within your budget. This phase is where your ideas start to take shape.

Step 3: Agreement & Contract

After finalizing the design direction and estimated costs, we move forward with a formal agreement. Signing a contract ensures that we’re aligned on expectations, scope, and budget giving you peace of mind as we transition into the next phase.

Step 4: Scheduling & Product Selection

Now it’s time to get things in motion. I create a detailed schedule outlining every phase of your remodel, including key milestones and timelines. At this stage, you select and order materials, ensuring we have everything needed before construction begins. My guidance ensures you choose quality materials that align with your design vision and functional needs.

Step 5: Construction Begins

With everything in place, it’s time to break ground. My team and I work efficiently and respectfully, ensuring that every detail of your remodel is executed with precision. Throughout the process, I oversee construction to keep everything on track, so you can focus on the excitement of watching your space transform.
